Today, white fish with Cajun spices.

Take two pounds of white fish, cod type. Mix in a bowl two table spoon of garlic flower (or pressed garlic with a little bit of olive oil) with two table spoon of Cajun spices. Apply generously on each side of the fish. Put it in a glass dish that goes in the oven. Pre-heat your oven at 420 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Ready? Enjoy!
